Care of this posting, I'd like to publicly thank Dave Snow for all the added work and effort he voluntarily put in as acting Secretary at both the May 27th Annual Business and May 25th Board of Director's Meetings held in Strasburg, PA, which I was not able to attend due to family illness.
As we all know, Dave already has plenty of responsibilities and performs numerous activities for the BTOC, so it's not like he's just "free" to pick additional things up 
Many thanks again Dave for doing a great job with recording and posting both Meetings' Minutes! 
I really do appreciate your (and the other BoD Members') help.
